Who Sucks?

Let's face it, life isn't always great. At some point in time a person, company or corporation is going to abuse you in some manner, and you are going to want some payback. That's where we come in. When you hear someone say, "What are you going to do about it?", we want you to think about Who Sucks?

A collection of misfits and undesirables...

In the internet age, Googling a person or company is becoming an increasingly popular method for information discovery.
We simply give the average internet searcher something to find.

You can expect to find unhappy customer for just about any company, but the kind of negative press you see, just how angry these people are, and to what lengths they will go to in order to convey their grievance can be quite revealing. No longer being just about the quality of a company's products, how a company handles customer relationships can be very important. This information is good to know before you get involved in a relationship with a person, company or corporation.

Don't be angry, be effective

The internet is cluttered with hundreds to thousands of websites relating to people, places and things that suck. Sucks sites have proven to be more than just a place to vent. We strongly encourage consumers to attempt to resolve complaints directly with the company. Many times some common ground can be found whereby both parties can be satisfied with the outcome. Sometimes complaint resolution is not forthcoming. Our goal is to successfully disseminate complaints involving buyers and sellers in a fair and timely fashion, and it is our desire to provide an accurate representation of a company's management and customer service attitudes as well as product quality and standards.
