Special Interest Organizations suck
Many charitable and legal organizations in the United States of America profess to represent a grand idea. For example, the American Civil Liberties Union professes to advocate 'individual rights'. The general presumption is that they safeguard the rights of American citizens, but the reality is that they have their own agenda which is decidedly liberal and often anti-American government. If you actually believe the ACLU to be some watchdog of American liberties then you should contact them regarding an issue you believe they should tackle in the interest of a better America. The proof, they say, is in the pudding.
