I think that Alan Colmes is very possibly the most irritating person in existence today. Alan Colmes defends absolutely anyone that is a liberal Democrat, no matter what they have done. Alan Colmes defended Alec Baldwin for making hateful and abusive statements to his daughter.

As a testament to the kind of person Alan Colmes is personally, here is a comment he made regarding Rick Santorum's baby who died:

"Like taking his two-hour-old baby who died right after childbirth home and played with it for a couple of hours so his other children would know that the child was real."

Alan Colmes thought John Edwards was a good choice for President, even after Edwards' has admitted to lying to the American public on several occasions regarding his affair and the prolonged attempts at preventing the public from discovering his subterfuge. John Edwards is nothing but a liar and a cheat, but Alan Colmes believes he'd make a fine President. Well, Alan Colmes likes Bill Clinton, so I guess that's to be expected.

Alan Colmes would probably defend John Wayne Gacy, since Gacy was a recognized Democrat. On that note, isn't it strange that so many serial killers have also been liberal Democrats?
